Shipping

We offer free standard delivery on all US orders over $39 (3-5 business days).

All orders are processed within one business day and ship from our US warehouses. If you need your order sooner, we offer expedited shipping options that are available at checkout.

We use multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL) depending on your delivery location. If you purchase multiple items, it is possible that your order will be shipped in separate packages. 


International Orders

For international orders, delivery options are quoted at checkout based on the delivery destination. Standard international shipping will take between 5 - 12 business days on average.


International Duties and Taxes: 

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and it will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are the recipient's responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages.


Lost or Damaged Goods: 

Customers are not liable for shipping charges if the incorrect item was shipped or if an item has been damaged/lost in transit by the carrier. Refunds for lost or damaged packages will be issued after a claim has been filed, and approved by the carrier and MagnetRX, LLC has received final confirmation of payment.

If you're not satisfied for any reason with your first purchase on a MagnetRX product, we’ll make it right by issuing a refund (for one worn item) or allowing you to exchange the product for something more your type.



RETURN POLICY

If you don't like the product, or if it just doesn't work for you, return it. Within 60 days of receipt, products purchased from us may be returned for any reason. 

If you would like to request a refund or exchange, please contact us by email at hello@magnetrx.com. Provide your order number and briefly explain to us your reason(s) for requesting a return or exchange. We can better serve you if we understand the reasons for your request. Once your request is approved, we will email you a pre-paid return label with instructions (pre-paid return labels are only available to customers located in the USA). When we receive your package, we will refund the credit card you paid with for the full purchase price of your product(s), minus any applicable shipping costs. Please allow up to 7 business days for package delivery to us, and for us to process your request(s).

As part of our 60-day guarantee, only one worn/used item may be returned per customer for a refund. All merchandise in new, unused condition, may be returned within 60 days.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
