Using magnets for over 30 years they absolutely help I have the ones for my knees both of them my necklace bracelet my neighbor just ordered one for her finger they're great for the pain of arthritis and I don't know what else other than they relieve pain go get you some well worth it. Great magnets to help along your healing journey!
It's an easy tool to use for your healing, although it can get tricky when working alongisde the head, neck and other smaller areas, as the magnets will have to be secured in place to prevent falling.
